I have had a bad year with wrist breaks, elbow breaks and carpal tunnel. The service and attention I received from Dr. Hoepfner and his team was above and beyond. I was even seen right away when I broke my wrist - walked in and they squeezed me in. Two surgeries and a bone set/cast in 5 months. Will use this practice and doctor again if needed. Highly recommend.

Walked in without an appointment and they were able to quickly get me registered and taken back to see the doctor. Intern did the initial exam and the X-ray tech quickly took me for X-rays. Then the doctor came in and reviewed and did his own exam. Everyone was very nice, patient and friendly. Even though I didn’t have an appointment the doctor still took his time, answered my questions and provided directions for follow up care. It was a great experience.

I had emergency hand surgery while on vacation and followed up with Dr Hoepfner when I returned home. He and his PA Catherine did a fantastic job of taking over my care and monitoring my progress. The team is efficient, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Professional and easy to talk with. Took the time and gave me answers to all my questions. His PA Catherine also took time with me to answer more questions after the appointment, and returned a phone call promptly to answer even more questions that popped in my head. I liked that there was NO bit of frustration from either of them when answering any of my questions.

Dr. Hoepfner was thorough, extremely careful, thoughtfully educated me regarding the options for my treatment and the outcome was better than anticipated. My recovery has been quicker than described.

Dr. Hoepfner couldn’t have been more pleasant and efficient. He told me what he felt needed to be done, asked my thoughts and permission. Told me what was going to happen and how it would feel. I recently had cubital tunnel surgery. Dec 3 will be a month of no systems I previously had for 3 years I am beyond happy with the surgery and after surgery of the removal of stitches as Catherine was so gentle with me . Definitely would recommend this place

Minimal wait, pleasant staff, tests (X-rays) were done and read in 5 minutes and Dr Hoepfner did a great job in diagnosing my problem. Highly recommend him and his team!
